30daysGerman is an online German course at 30daysgerman.com, sold by Yanimir Petrov, an individual trader. Using the site means accepting these terms.

The first 50% of any single topic is free, so you can judge the method before paying anything. Past that point, unlocking the course is a one-time payment of $9.

That is a single charge, not a subscription. Nothing renews, nothing is billed again, and there is no second tier to buy later. Access is tied to your account, so it follows you to a new browser or a new phone.

Your purchase has no expiry date and access will not be withdrawn or moved behind a further payment. What cannot honestly be promised is that a website runs until the end of time. If the course is ever shut down, reasonable notice will be given so the material can be worked through first.

Buying requires an account, because the purchase attaches to you rather than to a browser. Keep control of the Google account you sign in with — anyone who can sign in as you can use your access.

One account is for one person. Sharing credentials so several people use a single purchase is not permitted.

If the course is not what you expected, email info@30daysgerman.com within 14 days of paying and you will be refunded. You do not have to give a reason.

Access is granted immediately on payment, which in the EU and UK normally means the statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase is waived at the moment you start using it. The 14-day promise above is offered regardless, because arguing about a $9 course helps nobody.

A refund revokes access. Refunds and chargebacks both switch the entitlement off automatically.

The lessons, sentences, explanations and design are original work and remain owned by us. Your payment buys personal access to study from them.

So: learn from it, take notes, quote a line to a friend. Do not republish it, resell it, feed it wholesale into another product, or hand your login to a class of students.

The course is taught material, not a guaranteed outcome. How much German you end up with depends on how much of it you actually do, and no specific level, exam result or timeframe is promised — including by the name.

The German is hand-checked and asserted against automated tests on every change, but no course of this size is free of mistakes. Corrections are welcome and get fixed.

Pronunciation uses your own device's speech synthesis, so how good it sounds depends on the voice installed on your phone or computer, which is outside our control.

The site is served as it is, and occasional downtime for maintenance or things breaking is a normal part of running software. Lessons and wording may be revised as the course improves.

Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, liability for any claim arising from the course is limited to the amount you paid — $9.

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you bought as a consumer, the mandatory protections of your own country still apply and this clause does not take them away.

These terms may be updated as the course changes. The date at the top says when. A change will never retroactively take away access you have already paid for.
